Are you ready for a new tutorial? This one is all about the Wunderbrow! Have you heard of it? If not, let me give you a brief description to catch you up to speed!
Wunderbrow is created by a company called Wunder2. They advertise Wunderbrow a lot on Instagram (to the point where you wonder if it’s a real product or not). Which is why I wanted to create the tutorial, so you know how it actually works! It comes in five different shades and it claims to help define, fill and thicken your brows! Their biggest claim to fame is that it is smudge-proof, waterproof and pretty much bulletproof! So when they reached out to me I was excited to try it out for myself and see what I thought!
Overall, I LOVE it! As someone with sparse, uneven brows this thing has become my holy grail! I do have to say, it was extremely difficult to use at first. I had seen people apply it with the applicator (which I highly recommend you don’t) but I discovered an easier way to use it. They also happened to send me an angled brow brush (very convenient) which I used to apply the product. I dip the brush into the product that’s on the applicator and apply it straight to my brows. I apply it in thin layers, and build it up in areas where my brows are more sparse. Oh – and if you’re a visual learner like me, don’t worry! That’s why I made the tutorial!
Is it actually waterproof?
As for the smudge-proof part, I would say that it’s more like bullet-proof! I put it through the ringer and my brows did not budge when I went skiing, wakeboarding, you name it! With sparse brows I would always worry about brow products rubbing off. The nice part about the Wunderbrow is I don’t have to keep checking in the mirror to make sure my brows are still there! It’s trustworthy plus it makes your brows look thicker!
Is there anything you don’t like?
The only downside is that it can be somewhat difficult to remove (which is a good thing too). I have the Makeup Eraser (it’s a towel that takes off super heavy makeup with ease!) and I have no problems taking it off with that. I also use the Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm which dissolves my makeup and I’ve had no troubles using that either! You might have a harder time using just water or a gentle cleanser. Be careful – if you build up the product too much (like if you use it directly with the applicator) it can make it very hard to remove too!
Let’s see the tutorial!
So why make a tutorial? I’ve had a few people ask me how I use it and if I like it, so I thought a tutorial was the best way to show it! It’s super short because I really wanted to focus just on how to use this one product. I hope you guys find it useful and let me know if you have any questions or how you like using the Wunderbrow!
